Trial and Auto-Renewal Policy
This policy describes trial activation, pending payment accounts, and paid plan conversion.

For SaaS trial, subscription, and platform use
Pending Payment
- After trial form submission, the account remains Pending Payment until payment authorization is completed.
- Pending Payment accounts cannot login.
- Pending Payment is valid for 72 hours. After that, the account may become Expired Pending and may be deleted.
Trial Access
- The 30-day trial starts only after payment authorization succeeds.
- During trial, main modules may be unlocked for product evaluation.
- After trial expiry, the account may move to a short grace period before suspension if payment is not active.
Auto-Renewal
- After trial expiry, the selected plan may start automatically and the authorized payment method may be charged.
- Customers should cancel before trial expiry if they do not want paid subscription activation.
- If renewal or payment fails, access may move to Grace and then Suspended until payment is resolved.
