Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to SaaS subscription payments, cancellations, and refund requests.

For SaaS trial, subscription, and platform use
Trial Cancellation
- Customers may cancel before the trial ends to avoid automatic paid plan activation.
- If payment authorization is not completed, the trial does not start.
Subscription Cancellation
- Cancellation stops future renewals according to the billing cycle and gateway rules.
- Access may continue until the paid period ends unless the account is suspended for misuse or non-payment.
Refunds
- Refunds are reviewed case by case and are not automatic after successful subscription activation.
- Gateway charges, taxes, used service period, support work, setup work, and custom work may be non-refundable.
