- Company profile, owner contact details, GSTIN, users, employees, customers, distributors, suppliers, products, invoices, payments, reports, and uploaded documents.
- Login activity, IP address, user agent, audit logs, and operational actions may be recorded for security and accountability.
Use of Information
- Information is used to provide ERP functions, subscription management, support, billing, security, and product improvement.
- Payment card details are not stored inside this application. Payment authorization is handled by the payment gateway.
Data Protection
- Customers should assign roles carefully and limit access to sensitive HR, finance, tax, and document records.
- Data exports and reports should be shared only with authorized recipients.
