These terms govern use of AGSKSPL ERP from AGSK Services Private Limited, including ERP users, SaaS account owners, distributor portal users, and field team users.

For SaaS trial, subscription, and platform use
Authorized Use
- The platform is provided for business operations such as billing, inventory, distributor management, field sales, retailer orders, claims, payments, and reports.
- Users must keep login credentials confidential and must not share accounts with unauthorized persons.
- The account owner is responsible for users, data entry, approvals, and activity performed under their company account.
Trial and Subscription
- Trial access starts only after payment authorization is completed.
- A pending payment account may expire if authorization is not completed within the allowed time.
- After the trial, the selected paid plan may start automatically according to the accepted payment authorization.
Data and Responsibility
- Reports and dashboards depend on data entered by the customer and users.
- Customers should verify financial, tax, stock, payroll, and legal records before official use or filing.
- AGSK Services Private Limited may suspend access for unpaid, misused, cancelled, or policy-violating accounts.
