Payment and Settlement Policy

This policy explains SaaS subscription payment authorization, recurring billing, and payment settlement.

Payment Authorization

  • A valid payment authorization is required before the free trial starts.
  • The selected plan amount may be charged automatically after the trial unless cancelled before trial expiry.

Recurring Billing

  • Billing amount depends on the selected plan and any approved extra users or services.
  • Failed payments may move the account to grace, suspended, or cancelled status.

Gateway and Settlement

  • Payment processing, settlement timing, failed transactions, and chargebacks are subject to payment gateway and banking rules.
  • The application stores gateway references such as customer, subscription, order, and payment IDs for reconciliation.
